"L'Auberg'ine" cuisine

It is in a bistro spirit with the ambition to propose an affordable refined cuisine that Sandrine and Nicolas welcome you to the Auberg'ine. A place they have dedicated to what drives them: their passion for cooking and wine. In a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, the chef, Nicolas pays homage to the beautiful tradition, in all simplicity by proposing a bistronomic cuisine that combines quality of fresh seasonal produce, know-how and creativity.

He works with local professionals for produce such as strawberries from Saint Goustan, oysters from M.Jégat in Arradon, the orchards from Kerbellec in Brech or even the Jardin du Penher from which he concocts original and unusual dishes that are much appreciated by the taste buds.

With a capacity of 130 covers, the Auberg'ine welcomes your receptions, business meals, family reunions (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, communions ...), groups (communities, associations, works councils ... ) or stop lunch in the town center of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, opposite its basilica.

A few minutes from the town of Auray and the national road 165 connecting Vannes and Lorient, the privileged location of the Auberg'ine also make it a stopover much appreciated by business travelers who find here something to recharge their batteries in comfort at calm.
