The beautiful restaurant at the Auberge in Sainte-Anne d'Auray proposes a tasty gourmet stopover in a chic and refined setting, also suitable for your receptions, family meals and professional events organized in southern Brittany in Morbihan.
In the family, since 1983, the Inn proposes a "4 hands-on" menu, those of Claire and Julien Doupeux. Claire ‘fell into the cooking pot’ from a very young age and trained with prestigious star-rated houses and Julien, a graduate of the hotel school, very attached to his region of origin, Auvergne and its territory.
"Master restaurateur", he creates inventive gourmet cuisine, a harmonious blend of flavors from Brittany and Auvergne using fresh, seasonal, quality produce.
They favor small producers in the Auray country, to create beautiful original dishes, varied and balanced, which dare the subtle and successful marriage of sweet and savory. Our chef also adapts his dishes to people with food intolerances or allergies (without peanuts, eggs, gluten, lactose, seafood, molluscs, etc.).
In the dining room, you will be greeted by Claire, daughter of Jean-Luc and Françoise Larvoir, who transmitted their family passion for the profession and more particularly their interest in wine. You can count on his expertise to help you select from the 400 references in the wine list, the vintage that will best enhance your dish.
Attentive and discreet service that you will enjoy in a pleasant atmosphere with soft background music in one of our two dining rooms with a total capacity of 40 covers, you can also enjoy the living room bathed in light thanks to its windows which open onto the pretty flower garden and its fountain.
